NCQA recognition
We have achieved NCQA recognition to the Diabetes Recogniton Program on April/May 2018. This award recognizes our effort to measure and thereby encourage improvement in the care provided to people with diabetes.
We have achieved NCQA recognition status for Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) - Recognized Level 3 on December 2017. We are the only private multi-specialty practice in El Paso region to achieve this award.
We were selected as a recipient of a 2015/2014 PATH Excellence in Patient Service award. This award is given by UnitedHealthcare and recognizes the measurable results our practice has achieved in closing patient care gaps for the Medicare Advantage plan members.
Our doctor Rafael Armendariz received this Best of The City 2012 award. This award recognizes his performance as the best family doctor. It is given by El Paso Magazine.
We were selected as a recipient of a 2015 BRIDGES to Excellence award. This award is given by Health Care Incentives Improvement Institute and recognizes the outstanding delivery in the management of our patients.
We were selected as a recipient of a 2015 NATIONAL Health INFORMATION Award Winner. This award is for the Outstanding Health Education. It is given by PatientPoint and recognizes the outstanding health education to our patients.
